What’s my Batmobile?

Here’s the prompt for today!

Sometimes a person and object are so closely related that they are almost synonymous (Read: Batman and batmobile, Dorothy and red shoes, etc.)

So many people’s “object equivalent” is their phone. I hope that no one thinks that’s mine. I’ve been making a concerted effort to put it away and keep it away.

I wear a gold watch that’s not real gold at all. It was $12 at American Eagle probably 2 years ago. Even I should get an expensive watch since I’m a grownup now, I won’t. I get SO MANY compliments on this cheap watch from AE. If I was a luxury watch maker (this is actually a great idea), I would make a watch in the style of this one.

Pretty much everyone I know and a ton of people I meet comment on this watch.

My boyfriend is a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and I’m, well.. not. Sometimes you randomly buy something for $12 and then it becomes something people associate with you… your batmobile.
